In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ci888 website accessible at https://ci888.cam, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and digital services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive instruments credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game transaction placed by a Player using Account Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process applied by ci888 to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "IDR / Rp / Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency unit used on the Platform for Indonesian Players.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory and procedural framework ci888 applies to detect and prevent the use of the Platform for illicit financial activity.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to ci888 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or ci888's internal compliance policy.

To register and use ci888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. ci888 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with responsible gaming policy and the legal age thresholds commonly recognised for online gambling in Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from Indonesia or another jurisdiction where your access to and participation in online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable AML regulations, unless you have disclosed this status to ci888 and received written approval to register.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ci888 or any affiliated entity.
6. You must not have previously been excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from ci888 or any affiliated platform.
7. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

To access the full features of the ci888 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identification document), date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You may also be asked to provide your city of residence (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali) for regional service optimisation.

One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ci888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be suspended and any balances (including winnings) may be voided pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC): ci888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any time ci888 deems verification necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ci888 will process KYC documents within 2 business days of submission. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If any registered information changes — including your email address, contact number, or bank account — you must update your Account promptly. ci888 is not liable for service interruptions or payment failures resulting from outdated Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify ci888 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 17 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, loss of your credentials, or any security breach. ci888 will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account upon such notification to prevent further unauthorised activity.

ci888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security measures, including using easily guessable passwords, sharing credentials, or accessing the Platform on unsecured public networks without appropriate precautions.

ci888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may vary from time to time at ci888's discretion.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method and Player tier.

Processing Times: Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of the transfer being confirmed on the banking network. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in most cases. Processing delays beyond these standard times may occur during periods of high banking network congestion; ci888 is not liable for delays originating from third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Deposit Ownership: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account registered to another person — are strictly prohibited. ci888 reserves the right to return third-party deposits and suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ci888 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency transactions attempted by a Player will be declined or converted at the Player's risk.

Players may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance (real-money funds only, excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per week apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These limits may differ based on your Player tier (Standard, Silver, Gold, VIP).

Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and matching the verified identity on your ci888 Account. ci888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously used or verified on the Account.

Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (24 hours, 7 days a week, WIB). Gold and VIP tier members receive priority processing under 5 minutes. Requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance may experience brief delays. ci888 is not responsible for additional processing delays imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched.

KYC Requirement: A withdrawal request may trigger a KYC review if the Player's identity has not yet been fully verified. In such cases, ci888 will notify the Player of the required documentation. The withdrawal will be held pending successful verification. ci888 targets completion of standard KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation.

Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal: Where a deposit has been matched with or attributed to a bonus offer, the applicable wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be satisfied before the associated funds (or the portion attributable to the bonus) may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the applicable Bonus Terms.

ci888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, loyalty tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or major sporting occasions such as the BRI Liga 1 season opener or the FIFA World Cup.

Bonus Terms Precedence: Each individual promotion is governed by specific Bonus Terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Terms of a specific promotion, the Bonus Terms of that specific promotion shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant Bonus Terms. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible games (as specified per bonus) contribute toward satisfying wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds not fully wagered before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice or compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry terms before claiming a promotion.

One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. ci888 may use automated systems to detect and prevent multiple claims of the same promotion across duplicate accounts.

Bonus Abuse: ci888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-margin games to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using systematic betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk exposure.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot games), or other gaming products. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique transaction reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement — including but not limited to network disconnection, browser crash, or Platform error — the validity of the wager will be determined from the Platform's server-side records, which shall be the definitive record.

Odds and Pricing: Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to your wager are those confirmed at the time of bet acceptance, not the odds displayed at the time you began completing the bet slip. For live betting markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly; ci888 employs standard industry "odds acceptance" settings that may result in slight adjustments to accepted odds in fast-moving markets.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wager types and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. ci888 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player's Account where ci888 determines this is necessary for risk management purposes, without prior notice.

Void Bets: ci888 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed in error due to a Platform pricing or technical fault; (b) the event to which the wager relates is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before settlement; (c) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) ci888 has reasonable grounds to suspect the wager was placed using insider information or in connection with match-fixing activity.

Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on eligible football markets. Each leg of a mix parlay must satisfy the minimum odds threshold stated in the product rules. If any single leg of a mix parlay is voided, the void leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated on the remaining legs, unless fewer than the required minimum number of legs remain, in which case the bet is settled as a single on the remaining selection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, permanent Account termination, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, including under a different name, email address, or payment method.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from ci888.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or Platform vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to ci888 immediately; exploitation for personal gain will be treated as fraud.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts.
• Placing wagers based on insider information, including information related to match-fixing, score manipulation, or any corrupt activity in sport.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity information without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting ("arbing") across ci888 and other platforms in a manner that primarily exploits pricing inefficiencies rather than genuine sports speculation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ci888 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's source code, security infrastructure, or proprietary systems.

ci888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 180 consecutive days without any login or wagering activity.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under ci888's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Determination by ci888 that continuing the Account relationship presents an unacceptable compliance, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon Account termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), ci888 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., regulatory exit from a market), ci888 will return the verified Account Balance net of any outstanding liabilities within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting ci888 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers will be settled according to their normal outcome before the Account is closed.

ci888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers deposit limits, session time-out features, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible via the Account settings or by contacting support.

ci888 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or incorporated into any other product or service without the express prior written consent of ci888.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and associated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under license.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond ci888's reasonable control, including those attributable to internet service providers, banking networks, or e-wallet infrastructure.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any action taken by ci888 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension or wager voiding.

In any case where ci888's liability to a Player is established under applicable law, ci888's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players to ci888 is governed by the ci888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and ci888. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in its current form.

ci888 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — direct marketing communications. ci888 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing entities.

ci888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute or claim shall be the version published on the Platform at that time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, ci888 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email (to the address registered on your Account) and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ci888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to the existence, validity, breach, or termination thereof — shall first be submitted to ci888's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Process: Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must submit a written complaint to ci888 support (contact details in Section 17) within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ci888 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and issue a final written response within 14 business days of receiving complete information. Players who remain dissatisfied following ci888's final response may escalate to the relevant independent regulatory authority under ci888's licensing framework.

Language of Proceedings: All formal dispute communications shall be conducted in English. ci888's Indonesian-speaking support team is available to assist Players in preparing or translating their submissions; however, the authoritative language of any formal proceeding is English.

No Class Actions: To the extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Players may not bring or participate in any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against ci888.
